I’ve been browsing Betts i really like their designs. Most of the shoes have that “clean” look that makes them super easy to match with different outfits. A few styles do feel a bit “samey,” but overall there’s a nice range to choose from, and the website is simple to get around.

I was a little nervous after paying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but a few months later it’s still working fine. No real issues so far, and it’s been good overall

I just went with my usual size and it fit like I expected, which was a relief. No hassle, no need to exchange or overthink it. Maybe not absolutely perfect in every tiny detail, but close enough that I’m happy with it

I bought a pair of shoes from Betts and, i was expecting a bit more for what I paid. Like, they do look nice at first, but they weren’t really that comfy once I actually wore them, and they started showing wear quickly too. I mean, maybe if you got them on sale they’d be okay, but at full price, yeah, it just feels a bit too much for me

I was expecting the refund to take a while because that’s usually how these things go, but it actually came through faster than I thought it would. I kept checking just in case there was some delay or extra step I missed, but nope, it was all straightforward. No back-and-forth, no hassle, no drama at all.

The shoes themselves were totally fine and fit as expected, but the box showed up a little dented. Not a huge deal, but it’s kind of ridiculous that the packaging couldn’t make it here in better shape.

It still turned up within the expected timeframe, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall I was happy enough and I’d order again...

I’m not sure, but it kind of felt like the order just sat somewhere for a while before moving. Customer service did reply eventually, but it took a couple of days. The shoes were fine once they arrived, so no issue there, just not the best overall online shopping experience.

Had a problem with my order and was kinda annoyed at first ngl, but Betts got back to me and sorted it out without heaps of back and forth. The refund/exchange process ended up being easy, and the staff member was really nice about it. Happy with how it was handled tbh, would shop there again.

I tried contacting Betts a few times about my order i got no proper response. It took literally ages to hear anything back, and when they finally replied, it wasn’t even that helpful. Frustrating when all you want is a simple update. The customer service just feels really slow and not very useful.

I’ve bought from Betts a few times now and the loyalty points have been handy. They add up faster than I thought. Used a reward on my last pair and it made the price way better. Happy with it.

The range feels limited. I expected it to go farther, but this little underachiever starts making me think about charging way sooner than I’d like. It’s not a total disaster, but it definitely doesn’t give me the confidence I was hoping for

Okay, small rant, but why is finding your size in stock such a struggle everywhere lately? Here, though, I usually can actually find mine, which is a relief. Delivery was fine too, but the fit is what won me over. I’d buy from Betts again.
